Destin Golf Cart Rules

Even though our golf carts are street legal, they are only allowed on certain streets in Destin. You can only take your cart on roads where the speed limit is 35 miles per hour or less. However, you can cross streets with higher posted speed limits to continue on the road. Keep in mind that you cannot drive your golf cart on US Highway 98 or State Road 293.
